GUIDE / VERIFICATION AND EVIDENCE
Verified Facebook business portfolios: what to check before deciding
The phrase verified business portfolio does not fully describe a proposal. Separate the stated status, the asset it concerns, the included items and the handover conditions. A promotional image or commercial label is not a substitute for checking. Start with a precise question: what was verified, and how will that information be demonstrated?
Identify the verification being described
Ask the contact to name the asset and the status displayed. Information about a business, profile, Page and domain should not be combined under one label. Record the evidence date as well: a condition observed at one point does not automatically describe its future state.
Meta discusses profile badges and verification options in separate announcements. A visible badge therefore should not be treated as confirmation of every asset in a portfolio. Evaluate the specific type actually described in the proposal.
Request evidence that can be checked
Useful evidence identifies the asset, the field observed and the date. Agree on a check through an authorized session while protecting private information. If an image cannot connect the stated status to the proposal's item, record that limitation and request clarification. Never request another person's identity documents to fill a commercial information gap.
| Information | Practical question | Expected record |
|---|---|---|
| Asset | Which item does this status describe? | Matching category and reference. |
| Status | What text appears in the authorized environment? | Specific description without promotional interpretation. |
| Date | When was the information checked? | Evidence or review date. |
| Scope | Which other assets are included? | Itemized quantities. |
| Authorization | Who can carry out the procedure? | Responsible party and agreed scope. |
Keep verification, limits and billing separate
When a description mentions a high limit, ask what is being measured: asset quantity, spending amount or another setting. A number needs a unit, context and date. A limit stated for one item should not be attributed to every item in a package.
Similarly, an ad account's currency and time zone are configuration details that must be checked separately. Do not infer account quantities, balances or spending capacity from the word verified. Missing details should remain unresolved until the responsible party supplies an answer.
Compare the complete scope
One proposal may describe only a management structure; another may include accounts or Pages. Separate the scope, total cost, steps and support conditions. Mark unsupported characteristics as pending and compare prices only after clarifying the differences.
Illustrative example: if you already have a Page and need to organize access, the central question is whether the proposal solves that need. A verification label does not explain who manages the Page, which tasks you can perform or what you will receive.
Separate handover from advertising results
Do not treat a status as a promise of ad approval, sales or freedom from restrictions. Order acceptance concerns the agreed deliverables; advertising performance depends on other conditions. If an existing structure has a restriction, identify the affected asset and use the official procedure available for that case.
When contacting CHAMPX, describe your objective, existing assets and questions about scope. Request confirmation of availability and order-specific conditions. This guide does not establish stock, validate an individual offer or represent Meta authorization to transfer businesses or personal identities.
