GUIDE / PROPOSAL COMPARISON

How to evaluate a Facebook business portfolio before committing

A useful proposal explains what will be delivered, which need it addresses and which conditions apply. The lowest price alone does not explain the included assets, permissions or handover process. Compare equivalent alternatives and confirm that the procedure fits your business's authorization. This guide organizes an inquiry without implying available stock, fixed prices or approval by Meta.

1. Define the problem you need to solve

Write your objective in one sentence and list the assets you already use. Distinguish three situations: an asset is missing, an existing asset is inaccessible, or the current structure is unclear. The second requires contact with its responsible party; the third requires an inventory. None automatically requires another purchase.

Identify who will receive and review the proposal. If an agency acts for a business, record its authorization and expected tasks. Operational access is different from business ownership or permission to change company information.

2. Compare the same fields

Use one column per proposal and mark missing information as unconfirmed. An empty field does not mean a feature is included. Request written clarification before treating two packages as equivalent.

FieldWhat to recordIf information is missing
ScopeCategories, quantities and included assets.Request an itemized list.
Access and authorizationResponsible party and permitted procedure.Clarify before committing.
CharacteristicsDescription, evidence and check date.Do not infer from a package name.
PriceTotal, currency and additional charges.Request the full cost.
HandoverTiming, steps and acceptance owner.Define how delivery will be checked.
SupportChannel, coverage, duration and exclusions.Request order-specific conditions.

3. Turn labels into specific questions

If a description says verified, ask which status it means, which asset it concerns and how it will be demonstrated. If it says high limit, ask for its unit, scope and check date: account quantities, spending settings and billing are different pieces of information.

Illustrative example: proposal A describes a management structure; proposal B includes that structure and an ad account. Even with similar names, their totals cannot be compared until the items are separated. Do not assign extra value to characteristics that remain unconfirmed.

4. Agree on acceptance before payment

  • Link the proposal to an order reference and keep a record of the agreed conditions.
  • Define which references and characteristics will be checked during handover.
  • Review the agreed permissions through your own authorized session.
  • Record discrepancies with a clear description and minimal evidence, hiding third-party information.
  • Use the agreed support channel without sharing passwords, authentication codes or login sessions.

5. Decide using confirmed information

Keep authorization, scope or delivery questions open until they are answered. You can compare prices between clarified alternatives, but do not fill gaps with assumptions. Retain the accepted version of the proposal so that handover uses the same criteria.

Inquiry template: I need to organize these assets for this activity. I already have these items and want to confirm what is missing. Please specify the scope, authorized procedure, total cost, timing and support conditions. The answer should also identify what is excluded.

Protect access during your inquiry

Meta recommends two-factor authentication and security reviews. Keep those protections in place during commercial discussions; obtaining a quote does not require your credentials.
